What You'll Study

From Level 1 through to Level 3, our motor vehicle courses offer a comprehensive journey through vehicle technology:
  • Level 1: Lay the groundwork with key skills in health and safety, fault finding, cooling and lubrication systems, spark ignition, and engine components.
  • Level 2: Advance into engine technology, vehicle chassis, transmission systems, and electrical diagnostics. You'll also cover the essentials of housekeeping in the automotive environment and learn how to manage tools and equipment effectively.
  • Level 3: Master diagnostics, fault finding, and the removal and replacement of light vehicle chassis, electrical components, and transmission systems. At this level, you’ll delve deeper into repairing electrical faults and perfect your diagnostic skills.
