WHAT WILL I STUDY?
Level 1: Basic woodworking joints, hand tools, health and safety, power tools safety and communication.
Level 2: First fix operations, door frames, door linings and second fix operations.
Progression
On completion of your level 2 qualification, pathways will include a route into a professional construction course or an apprenticeship. Carpentry & Joinery is the perfect foundation to an apprenticeship.
Entry Requirements
Level 1 Vocational Courses: Students are required to have grade 1s/2s at GCSE.Level 2 Vocational Courses: Students are required to have progressed from the Level 1 course.
